• If you would accept either option, you should vote 'Abstain'.

MKR holders can vote in this poll to express support or opposition to recommending the following rates spread between AAVEv2 borrow markets and Maker ETH-A stability fee for the DAI Direct Deposit Module (D3M):

• -0.5% spread (implied bar at 3.75%).

Note: AAVEv2 Rates include AAVE rewards.

Outcomes

Regardless of the winning option the following actions will be taken at the conclusion of this poll:

• The Maker Open Market Committee will consider the results when recommending changes to DAI Direct Module (D3M) parameters.
