This proposal includes the following edits:
- Authorize Gnosis Payment - Authorizes a payment to Gnosis regarding their upgrade from Dai to USDS.
- Update ASC Requirements For Soft Launch - Updates Sky Direct Exposures, updates eligible ASC, and adds an ASC Incentive as part of the initial implementation of the ASC system.
- Remove Grove Interim Deployments Restrictions - Removes the interim deployment restrictions from Grove’s investments included in the November 3, 2025 Atlas Edit Weekly Cycle Proposal.
- Add Prime Spell Security Enforcement Mechanism - Defines initial logic for enforcement of the Prime Spell Security Process.
Outcomes
This poll implements a Minimum Positive Participation value. The Minimum Positive Participation for Atlas Edit Weekly Cycle Proposals is currently set to 480,000,000 SKY.
If the votes for the 'Yes' option exceed the votes for the 'No' option AND the votes for the 'Yes' option equal or exceed 480,000,000 SKY, then the following actions will be taken:
- The associated Pull Request will be merged into The Atlas.
