Executive Summary

If this executive proposal passes, the following changes will occur within the Maker Protocol:

• A total of 4,810,620 DAI will be streamed to two Core Units, as detailed below.
• A total of 1,143.69 MKR will be transferred to three Core Units, as detailed below.
• A stream for 675 MKR will be set up for the Protocol Engineering Core Unit, as detailed below.
• A total of 108,690 DAI will be transferred to eighteen Recognized Delegates, as detailed below.

Voting for this executive proposal will place your MKR in support of the changes outlined above.

Unless otherwise noted, the changes and additions listed above are subject to the GSM Pause Delay. This means that if this executive proposal passes, the changes and additions listed above will only become active in the Maker Protocol after the GSM Pause Delay has expired. The GSM Pause Delay is currently set to 48 hours.

If this executive proposal does not pass within 30 days, then it will expire and can no longer have any effect on the Maker Protocol.

DUX-001 DAI Budget Stream

As per their successful budget proposal, a DAI budget stream with the following parameters will be initiated for the Development & UX Core Unit (DUX-001), if this executive proposal passes:

SES-001 DAI Budget Stream

MKR Vesting Transfers

DECO-001 MKR Vesting Transfer

As per their successful MKR vesting proposal, 125 MKR will be transferred to the Deco Fixed Rate Core Unit (DECO-001) at 0xF482D1031E5b172D42B2DAA1b6e5Cbf6519596f7, if this executive proposal passes.

RISK-001 MKR Vesting Transfer

As per their successful MKR vesting proposal, 175 MKR will be transferred to the Risk Core Unit (RISK-001) at 0x5d67d5B1fC7EF4bfF31967bE2D2d7b9323c1521c, if this executive proposal passes.

ORA-001 MKR Vesting Transfer

As per their successful budget proposal and this added commentary from @NikKunkel, 843.69 MKR will be transferred to the Oracles Core Unit (ORA-001) at 0x2d09B7b95f3F312ba6dDfB77bA6971786c5b50Cf, if this executive proposal passes.

MKR Vesting Stream

As per their successful budget proposal, a new stream with the following parameters will be initiated for the Protocol Engineering Core Unit (PE-001), if this executive proposal passes:

• Amount to be streamed: 675 MKR
• Start Date: 2022-08-01
• End Date: 2025-05-01
• Destination Address: 0xa91c40621D63599b00476eC3e528E06940B03B9D
• Manager Address: PE-001 multisig - 0xe2c16c308b843eD02B09156388Cb240cEd58C01c

Note: the duration of this stream has been reduced from the approved four years for PE members' MKR vesting streams so that it ends at the same time as other streams for the Core Unit. The amount of MKR to be streamed has been reduced by a corresponding pro-rata amount.

Recognized Delegate Compensation for December

As per MIP61: Recognized Delegate Compensation, the following payments totaling 108,690 DAI will be made if this executive proposal passes:
